How do I pay for sessions?
For individuals covered by Aetna in Florida, Maine, or New York, or Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for residents in New York, please visit the Headway portal for detailed payment instructions.
Our practice accommodates those using out-of-network benefits by accepting all major credit cards for self-pay sessions. We ensure that credit card information is securely maintained for convenient direct payment and typically process charges 24 hours in advance of self-pay appointments.

What is the Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy?
The practice ensures that appointments are not double or triple booked, guaranteeing that when you schedule a time, it is exclusively reserved for you. Consequently, if you do not attend, cancel, or reschedule your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, a no-show or late cancellation fee of $150 dollars will be applied.
