What are your favorite health and wellness topics that you want to discuss?

What health and wellness topics would you like Dr. Dixon to research (find the evidence), and blog about?

Are there any particular health and wellness topics that you find particularly interesting? Perhaps, confusing?

My usual approach to selecting topics for this blog, is by paying attention to the conversations that I have been having with my patients.

This past week, those conversations have covered a variety of topics, including:

  • Weight loss and management
  • Chronic pain management
  • Anxiety management
  • Sleep problems
  • Post traumatic stress disorder
  • Personal growth
  • Finding meaning and purpose in life
  • Alcohol and other substance use disorders
  • (For teenagers): academic stress
  • Relationship problems

I know that I could simply choose whatever topic interests me. But that is not the main reason that I created this blog.

The primary purpose of this blog is to write about, what YOU, the reader wants to learn about!

So, I am asking, in the form of a very brief survey.

I want to re-assure you that it will take less than 3 minutes to complete. And — I am not collecting any personal (or identifying) information! Just 5 questions.

The top choice for a topic, selected by the readers, will become my next blog post. I’ll see how the topics rank, and I’ll write, accordingly.
